Fisher Island Residence

Project Description

This luxury contemporary residence was a complete renovation from concrete box to a magnificent home. The new design is with limited circulation and an open space plan. The mechanical systems were designed to have all linear diffusers and the latest in indirect lighting and LED square fixtures. The millwork was all done by Kauri Group and Eggersmann. The furnishings were selected from Garage House and the upholstery is all custom work by Lejeune Upholstery.  The residence is accessorized with fine art and the breathtaking sculptures were all created by Alex Kventon from NY.
